Contract Review & Revisions

$1950 flat fee

Includes a review of your contract, suggested modifications, and a 30-minute consultation to discuss our recommendations. This service provides feedback and legal guidance only. Direct in-line edits or redlined revisions to the document are not included.

Custom Contract

$345 per hour, approx. 15 hours
Payment plans available.

Includes detailed in-line editing and revisions to your contract to improve clarity, enforceability, and legal protection. You’ll receive direct edits to the document along with up to two revision rounds to review changes and request adjustments.

Initial Search & Opinion Letter

Flat fee of $1225. Payment Plans available.

Want some more information on trademarking but don’t want to take the full plunge? This package is a great jumping off point! We will do initial research on your potential trademark and offer your suggestions for moving forward. 

Trademark Research & Registration

Flat fee of $2450. Payment plans available.

Ready to rock that ®? Trademarking allows you to maintain control and prevents other people from profiting off of your creativity, hard work, and overall brand. We’ll do the nitty gritty (and oftentimes confusing) work for you so you can reap the peace-of-mind that comes with trademark protection.

This package includes: 
  • A thorough trademark search and Trademark Clearance Letter
  • International Class selection (one class fee included)
  • Application filed with the USPTO
  • Receipt of communications and correspondence with the USPTO
  • Response to non-substantive office actions from the USPTO Examining Attorney
  • Counseling with post-registration for proper use, protection, and advice on mandatory Section 8 filings

But forming an LLC can be complicated if you don’t know what you’re doing! With this offering, we take care of all the logistics, register your LLC in your state, and create a Custom LLC Operating Agreement for your business. 

Business Audit

Flat fee of $3950. Payment plans available.

Partner with us for an in-depth business audit where we’ll conduct a comprehensive legal review of your business that includes: The evaluation of the intellectual property, risk assessment of legal liabilities, review of privacy policies and terms of service, contract revision, modifications, and updates of one agreement, ongoing legal support to address audit findings and implement necessary changes.
